The Russell Soccer Club is looking for a Club Administrator. This part time position is compensated. Hours will vary throughout the year depending on club requirements.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Registration:
· Set up registration products for clients
· Assist clients with registration and payment process
· Track and ensure payments are made for registration and process online refunds
· Register players and teams into the OSA database
Communication:
· Respond to client inquiries through email, phone or in person.
· Utilize Mass Emailer to distribute club information
· Liaise with Communication Director to advertise programs on the RSC website and FB page.
· Advertise our programs through schools/local businesses
Administration:
· Organize and maintain files
· Set up and reserve time in the gym/cafeteria/YC for meetings, clinics or events
· Assist in field scheduling and organizing House League divisions and schedules
· Assist with Opening/Closing HL tournament and Rep Festival
The successful candidate must have good organizational skills and display a high level of judgment when representing RSC. Previous board or soccer administration experience is an asset.
