Youth House League

 

The Russell Soccer Club House League program is the cornerstone of our Club and we are proud to offer this quality soccer to players aged 3-adult. 

The 2024 House League YOUTH (3-21) divisions and formats:

(subject to change based on registration numbers)

  • U3 (co-ed) - parent and child playing format.  Teams play for 45 mins; one time/week.
  • U4 (co-ed) - parent and child playing format. Teams play for 45 mins; one time/week.
  • U5 (co-ed) - will begin in parent and child playing format and change part way through the season to small sided games. Teams play one time/week.
  • U6 - 3 v 3 format with no goal keeper. Mini-soccer rules apply. Teams play one time/week. Games are refereed by coaches.
  • U7 - 4 v 4 format with no goal keeper. Mini-soccer rules apply. Teams play two times/week.  Games are refereed by coaches. 
  • U8 - 5 v 5 format with the introduction of a goal keeper. Mini-soccer rules apply. Teams play two times/week. Games are refereed by coaches.
  • U9 - 7 v 7 format under mini-soccer rules. Teams play two times/week. Referees are assigned to games.
  • U10 - 7 v 7 format under mini-soccer rules. Teams play two times/week.  Referees are assigned to games.
  • U11-U12 - 7 v 7 format under modified rules in addition to FIFA rules. Teams play two times/week. Referees are assigned to games.
  • U13-U14 (co-ed) - 11 v 11 format (may vary depending on registration numbers) under FIFA rules. Teams play two times/week. Referees are assigned to games. 
  • U15-16 (co-ed) - 11 v 11 format(may vary depending on registration numbers) under FIFA rules. Teams play two times/week. Referees are assigned to games. 
  • U17-21 (co-ed) - 11 v 11 format (may vary depending on registration numbers) under FIFA rules. Teams play two times/week.  Referees are assigned to games.
  • Challengers - designed for youth & adults with special needs. Teams play one time per week.

All players receive a FULL team uniform to keep (jersey, shorts and socks), displaying the division sponsor.

REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be provided up to May 1st if written notice is received by the Registrar. Thereafter, a minimum administration fee of $45.00 as set by the Board of Directors will be charged to cover the cost of equipment, uniform and administration. After the first day of House League opening, no refund will be given except under exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Registrar and House League Director.
