Applications to be a Head Coach with one of the Russell Soccer Club's Rep/Competitive programs from U9 and up in 2016 are due by January 15, 2016, with appointments expected by end of January/Early February.
The Club is hoping to confirm Rep Team Head Coaches as early as possible to facilitate and encourage better preparation and support of our coaches and their respective teams leading into next season. The appointment of coaches at such an early date will facilitate better early season training programs after the player evaluations are completed.
All returning coaches are required to apply if they would like to continue coaching.
If more then one application is received for a Head Coaching position at any age group, interviews will be held between the applicants and the Club Head Coach and rep Director, no matter if one of the applicants is a returning coach.

The Club anticipates fielding Rep Teams in all age groups - U9 and above, (Boys and Girls) in 2016, with the opportunity to field additional teams where numbers and interest warrant.
