The Russell Soccer Club is looking for a Director of House League.

General Responsibilities include:

• Set up of the House League Program including preparing and delivering coaches meetings and rostering teams
• Coordinate and manage all convenors, HL coaches and Team Managers
• Oversee the House League Teams and programs including Opening Day tournament and Closing Day tournament
• Liaise with RSC board members to deliver high quality recreational soccer programming

Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be able to work cooperatively with parent and student volunteers   
• Must display a high level of judgment and tact when representing RSC 
• Have good organizational skills and be able to delegate work to conveners 
• Previous Board or convenor experience is an asset.
